High Dosage Tutoring Interest for Fall 2024

Beginning August 19, VAAS will offer virtual High Dosage tutoring designed for small cohorts of students to build upon teaching that occurs during the day. High dose tutoring supplements classroom instruction for all students. Tutoring sessions focus on Mathematics. 

Instruction will be provided by tutors in conjunction with LAUSD and Carnegie Learning.  All sessions will be supervised by VAAS teachers.  Please complete the permission form below to enroll your student for this opportunity in the upcoming fall semester.

This year's program will include four rotating cycles.  You may enroll your student in cycles 1, 2, 3, and/or 4.  All cycles will meet after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 3:30-4:25.

Cycle 1: 8/19/24 - 10/4/24 (closed)

Cycle 2: 10/7/24 - 1/31/25

Cycle 3: 2/3/25 - 4/25/25

Cycle 4: 4/28/25 - 6/9/25

Sign-up for BEFORE or AFTER school tutoring offered for free by VAAS teachers!  VAAS offers BEFORE and AFTER school tutoring on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the VAAS library.  Options available either before school, from 7:30am - 8:25am or after school, from 3:30pm - 4:25pm.
