Hello!

My name is Cynthia Melendez, and I am a second-year teacher with a deep passion for creative writing and the well-being of my students. I believe that fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment is essential for helping students thrive both academically and personally. This year, I am excited to share my love for storytelling and encourage my students to express themselves through their writing. I look forward to embarking on this journey of creativity and growth with my students! I graduated from CSUN in Fall of 2020, got my bachelor's in English Subject Matter: Creative Writing, and Minored in Child Development. I used to work at Universal Studios Hollywood in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and was a behavior technician.
