About Ms. Robért
Hello! My name is Michelle Robért. I am the teacher for the MDO (Multiple Disabilities Orthopedic) class within the Modified Core Curriculum Program here at VAAS. 2025-2026 marks my third year teaching at this wonderful school, and I absolutely love it. VAAS is a very inclusive community and all of our students are given opportunities to showcase their unique abilities! I have been a teacher with LAUSD for over 20 years, with experience in both General Education and Special Education. I graduated from CSUN in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and in 2013 with a Master of Science from National University. I have two grown sons. One has graduated from college, and the other is currently in his Junior year at Perdue University in West Lafayette Indiana.
