VAAS Students Experience Solar Eclipse

On August 21st, the first observable solar eclipse in the United States since 1979 happened, and 50 lucky VAAS students were able to witness it.  With Mrs. Barenfeld's help, the Science Department secured approved eclipse glasses so that the students could safely watch the solar eclipse as it happened.  A great big thanks to Mrs. Barenfeld, Ms. Caceres and Ms. Ryan for organizing and facilitating this rare opportunity.  Look forward to the next solar eclipse observable from the United States in 2024!
