Sign-up for BEFORE or AFTER school tutoring offered for free by VAAS teachers! VAAS offers BEFORE and AFTER school tutoring on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the VAAS library. Options available either before school, from 7:30am - 8:25am or after school, from 3:30pm - 4:25pm.

Worried about attendance? Request an Attendance Review Board meeting!
Did you know that LAUSD expects all students to maintain "PROFICIENT" attendance? That means achieving an attendance rate of 96%. Are you worried that your own situation will prevent you from remaining eligible for school activities? Request an ARB to meet with VAAS staff. You and your parent/guardian will be able to discuss your situation and the best ways that VAAS can support your attendance goals.
